CEDARVILLE, OH - The Wright State women's track team competed at the Cedarville Invitational on Friday afternoon and posted a second place finish. The Raiders posted two individual victories and one relay victory on their way to scoring 101.6 points.

Tiffany Brigham opened up the competition by taking the title in the 55 meter dash, with a winning clip of 7.38 seconds. Casanav Simmons followed that up with a second place finish in the 200 meter dash and Natalie Hopwood posted a time of 20:37.58 in the 5000 meter run to place second.

Sidney McKenzie took the individual crown in the Shot Put at the Cedarville Invitational with a winning throw of 10.85 meters.

The highlight of the meet was the 4x200 meter relay team that set a new indoor school record. The team was comprised of Brigham, Simmons, Nicole Kamann and Jennifer McWhinney and posted an event winning time of 1:52.55.

The Raiders will next be in action on Friday, February 1 at the Indiana Relays in Bloomington, IN.
