MUNCIE, IN -

The Wright State women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to Ball State on Wednesday at the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center. It was the first match of the season for the women's squad under first year head coach Nate Reinhart.

The Raiders dropped all three doubles matches against the Cardinals and were swept in the singles matches. Seniors Jessica Lee and Christa Ames each fell in their singles matches in the tiebreaker.

The women will return to the tennis courts on Sunday, January 27 when they travel north to face off with Bowling Green. The match with the Falcons will be played at the Shadow Valley Tennis Club in Toledo, starting at 1:00.
