Jenerrie Everette is her second season as an assistant coach with the Wright State women's basketball team.

Prior to joining the Raider staff in May, 2006, Everette was at Longwood University, where she was an assistant for one season. She was the recruiting coordinator for the Lancers and also worked in areas such as supervising forward/post play, scouting and skill development. Prior to Longwood, Everette was an assistant coach for one year at her high school alma mater, Northland High School in Columbus.

Everette played collegiately at the University of Kentucky and earned Academic All-Southeastern Conference honors in 2003 and 2004. She also served as vice-president of Athletes in Action campus ministries and additionally worked UK's camps during the summers of 2002 and 2003. During the summer of 2004, she was an intern for the L.A. Urban Project via Athletes in Action in Los Angeles, instructing inner-city youths on the fundamentals of basketball through clinics and motivational speeches.

A native of Muskegon, Michigan, Everette earned her bachelor's degree in sociology from Kentucky with an emphasis in sports studies.
