Wright State Men's Tennis Falls at Home to Saint Louis



Tony Teufel won both his singles and doubles matches

DAYTON, OH - The Wright State men's tennis team returned to the home court after nearly a month on the road against Saint Louis at Five Seasons Tennis Center on Sunday. The Raiders split their singles matches, but narrowly lost the doubles point, falling 4-3.

The duo of Tony Teufel and Jan Alafriz continued winning at the #2 doubles spot, winning 8-6 to improve their record to 7-4.

Teufel also won the #1 singles match 3-6, 6-4, 10-3, bringing his overall singles record to 6-5. Also winning singles matches for WSU were junior Nick Camilleri at #2 and freshman Landon Neuman at #4.

The Raiders, now 0-9, will travel to Milwaukee where they will face Marquette on Saturday, March 8 and Green Bay the following day to begin conference play.
